Mobile Freedom Monthly Tariffs
For many businesses, the decision to have all their mobile connections bundled under one contract is the standard process. However, for the users, it is not always such a great solution. Many may live or work and travel within areas where the signal is poor on certain networks. Our Freedom tariffs solve that issue.
Aside from being great value, On-Mobile tariffs are fixed prices regardless of the underlying network they connect to. This means that you have one mobile phone contract (with us) one bill and no hidden charges. Your users can be a mix of Vodafone and O2 connections, yet without the headache of mixed contracts.
How to Order:
Simply choose your preferred contract length – remember, the longer you commit to On-Mobile, the lower your monthly price. You still have the freedom to change tariffs (and networks!) during your contract with us.
Once you have chosen your contract length, choose your preferred network and number of connections and add to basket.
If you wish to order a mix of Vodafone and O2 connections, simply choose the other network and number of connections and again add them to the basket.

When you proceed to checkout the different SIM’s, the networks and contract lengths are all listed clearly.
- Choose the add to my account option as your payment method, as a new mobile account will be created for you during the setup process.
- If you want to keep some or all of your existing numbers, we will need your PAC (Port Authority Code) which you can request from your current supplier. You will need to send us your PAC code(s) as soon as possible to prevent any possible delays in getting you up and running. If you already have the PAC, you can simply add it to the notes section when placing your order.
What happens when I submit my Order?
With this being a contractual agreement, we will first email you a receipt for your order and setup your account in our system. If necessary we will set a credit limit based on a company credit reference.
You will then receive an email with a link to the contractual agreement of the chosen service. When this has been electronically signed, we will then contact you to confirm delivery and the setup of you account.
When do I receive my SIM cards?
Orders are sent same day by secure courier. All orders received before 1PM will usually reach you the following business day.
Is that everything?
Yes, simply put your new SIM card in your device and your ready to enjoy On-Mobile Freedom! If you have requested to keep some numbers and we have received your PAC codes, we will confirm the date when the services will change over.
How will I be billed?
Billing is via Direct Debit on a monthly basis in advance. Your first bill will be for the usage up until the billing date, and the first month in advance.
